Creating & Managing Wealth, LLC. addresses the needs of over 8,000 clients nationwide who have more than $175 million in assets. We place a premium on the education of our clients so they are making informed decisions, whether during the accumulation period, the transition into retirement, or at the most important time, when managing distributions.

C&MW offers a full service approach offering its clients tax planning, college planning, estate planning, long term care insurance analysis, tax preparation, trusts & wills, and first-time mortgages & refinancing.

Vice President

Managed five (5) states and trained over 150 financial consultants. Developed a series of educational workshops that the company adopted nationwide. Became vice president from a sales representative within six (6) years.

Developed a visual, the Pyramid of Financial Independence© giving them the ability to see where they are currently in relation to their financial goals. This educational tool was also adopted nationwide by the company and was currently being used when Christina started her own firm in 1990.

Ms. Gears offers and sells securities and insurance products as her primary business. Advisory services and securities are offered through Lincoln Investment Planning, Inc. Registered Investment Advisor, Broker, Dealer, Member FINRA/SIPC. Creating and Managing Wealth, LLC and Lincoln Investment are independently owned and each is responsible for its own business.
